Vincent does the final audit on the financial statements and manages the rest of the team. He has recently stepped up to the management team of Koppel Advies and now also focuses on strategic decision-making. Vincent lives alone in Noordwijk and has a 9-year-old daughter and a 2-year-old son.

‘A friend of mine works at Ticketswap, a client of Koppel. He knew that I was looking for something else and that Koppel was looking for an assembly worker. He put us in touch with each other. The first impression was positive on both sides.

Many things here are different from my previous employer: the recording in systems is done at a much higher level. That took some getting used to for me, but better for the customer. The fewer manual operations, the faster and higher-quality the processing. I like to do more than the standard service: to identify points of improvement that really benefit the entrepreneur. That could be a better understanding of finances, but also cost savings. If I see tax opportunities, I pass them on to Herman, Nico or other colleagues in the team.

I have a 9-year-old daughter and a 2-year-old son. My biggest ambition is to give them the best life possible. When I’m not working, I like to go out with them. In addition, I am a member of a football team.’
