Conversion from sole tradership to private limited liability company

If you are currently running your business under sole tradership form, it may be worth your while to consider a conversion to private limited liability company form, which you could do retroactively from the start of the current year as long as you make sure that you embark on the conversion process before the current month is out.

Securing corporate status – especially where your business is doing very well – could give you access to particular tax benefits as well as protecting you from being held accountable in a private capacity for (tax) liabilities

Conversion with retroactive effect, from the first of January 2018 onwards, of your business from sole tradership to private limited liability company form will require you to submit a letter of intent to the Tax and Customs Administration.

Don’t postpone getting in touch with us to find out whether your business would benefit from carrying on under private limited liability company form. There’s still time to take the necessary action!
