New tax treaty with China

The Netherlands and  People's Republic of China signed recently a new tax treaty.

The new tax treaty replaces the treaty from 1987. The new tax treaty contains a modern article for exchange of information and provides the oppurtunity to withheld no more than 5% on participation dividend.
